What’s the difference in cost from each Category of Territory?
They cost is exactly the same, the only difference is in your Minimum Quantity Order of inventory per Year, because we need you to meet our minimum growth goal per territory according to this:

Metropolitan Areas: $200.000
Micropolitan Areas: $150.000

What kind of facilities would I need if you said you do not need a good location, do i need a big expensive warehouse?
You would be required to find a strategic operational location, it doesn't need to be in your town's main street or hottest área. Just a strategic logistics location, and the size recommended is 2,500 sqft, that’s a small premise. We required aproximadly 800 sq ft for your showroom, back office and lunch area and 1,700 sq ft of warehouse space (counted in the 2,500 sq ft) so this means it should be a very affordable lease.
What is the profit margin that is managed in the products?
The margin varies depending on the negotiation, transportation and import costs, however it ranges for the MSRP from 100% to 120%, which implies that your initial inventory would have an estimated value, to the retail, of $ 180,000 to $ 200,000. This is a direct importer margins, one of our main strengths. That even opens a possibility to even offer Wholesales in your area.

Do I need to be a Contractor in Order to Install or License?
No in general our type of installation is considered white collar installation, that can be performe without a general contractor license, but we strongly recommend you should check your local city, county and state requirements because they could change any time.

Yes, Each start-up franchisee will be given an Area of Primary Responsibility (APR).
CAn I sell the products on line?
No, this is a right reserved only by product wholesaler, and pretent to protect conflicts in sales between territories. InstaGreen will sell on line at MSRP prices only to always protect your profit margins.
Who pays for my initial training?
We do, it's covered by the franchise fee. And includes up to 5 people. So we highly recommend you to recruit your personel and then we carry on the training to take the most avantage of it.
We do not include fligths, acomodation, transportantion and expenses.
What is the franchise fee used for?
We cover the intelectual property for the manuals and procedures provided, the training, initial support and set up of your franchise.

Yes, we have propetary products that need our brand licensing and quality control review.
